Our commitment to you

We front the AI cost on your free trial because we're confident the output speaks for itself. If you purchase a license and it doesn't meet a professional standard, contact us and we will make it right.

Free Trial

The free trial is provided at no charge. Because no payment is made, no refund is applicable. The trial gives you access to a full 20-document generation run, on us, with no credit card required.

Starter Pack ($10) & Lifetime License ($97)

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with DevForgeAI for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at support@devforgeai.net with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The Starter Pack is non-refundable once any credit has been used. If no credits have been consumed, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

The Lifetime License — after 7 days from purchase, refunds are not available. The license is permanent, the product remains fully accessible, and all future document additions continue to be included at no charge.

Technical defect exception

If a verified technical defect prevents document generation and cannot be resolved within 5 business days of your support request, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 7-day window.

Team / PMO Plan — Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your Team plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment by contacting support@devforgeai.net.

If a verified technical defect prevents use of the service for more than 3 consecutive business days during an active billing period, a prorated credit will be applied to the following month's invoice.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@devforgeai.net with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
  2. Include your name, purchase email address, order or license ID, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

What We Cannot Refund

AI-generated output

DevForgeAI generates professional first-draft documentation. Output quality improves significantly with a detailed project brief. If your results feel generic, the most common cause is a brief that lacks specific context — stakeholder names, milestone dates, budget figures, and explicit risks all produce richer output. We provide a downloadable Project Brief Template to help.
